SKA accepting proposals from photographers

The South Knoxville Alliance is now accepting proposals from local photographers for commercial photography of the businesses, parks, and landmarks in South Knoxville.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER SERVICES:

• Request photos of each member business (with member approval). Need 3 inside and 3 outside images for each member. Current member roster is 35.
• Include photos of all parks and local points of interest in the South Knoxville area. List of locations will be provided. Expect up to 20 locations.
• Prepare a high resolution digital file for SKA to archive for ongoing access. Digital format to be mutually agreed upon.
• All rights to use photos will be released to South Knoxville Alliance for their exclusive right to reproduce as needed.
• No additional royalty fees will be paid once project is complete.
• Time frame of completion is negotiable, however we anticipate a 4 week time frame, once an agreement is reached.
• List of member businesses will be provided at time of acceptance of proposal by the Board of Directors.
• Additional photos may be requested, specifically for special events.

We will provide a complete list of members to you once your proposal has been accepted.

DEADLINE: All proposals for consideration need to be received by Friday, March 7, 2014 by 5:00pm EST.
